Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region. You will also engage with large accounts, handle non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, negotiating pricing, and leveraging market data to inform product opportunities. Strong communication across channels is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape sales plans and inform new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
