Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to medium customers and manage distribution, while engaging large accounts and leading cross-functional collaboration.

The role focuses on lead generation, defining territories, analyzing sales data, and delivering technical solutions across multiple channels, with potential regional and global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Leverage market data to shape sales strategies and product development.
