Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest region, focusing on small to mid-size customers and distribution management.

You will partner with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships across customer organizations. You will lead sales planning, deliver volume and value, develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and analyze market data to shape product opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; military experience considered for the U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
