Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution, support small to mid-size customers, and work with large accounts to grow share and deliver technical solutions.

You will lead sales plans, analyze market data, and negotiate pricing while collaborating across functions to meet growth targets and drive CX results. Strong communication in English and a track record in sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
