Job summary

Dow is hiring a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution, lead cross-functional efforts, and build strong relationships with key influencers across accounts from small to large. Responsibility includes lead generation, territory definition, and sales analytics.

You will negotiate pricing, develop sales plans with marketing and manufacturing teams, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering customer value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
