Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distribution, nurture large accounts, and drive growth through strategic sales leadership.

You will lead market analysis, develop and execute sales plans, and build strong, cross-functional relationships to deliver customer value. You will leverage your commercial acumen and CRM proficiency to identify opportunities, negotiate pricing, and deliver outcomes that align with Dow’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Expand network across customer organizations and maintain relationships.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
