Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market in the Pacific Northwest. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers.

Key responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing analytics, and delivering both volume and value. Collaboration with multiple functions and regions may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market intelligence to shape sales plans and guide decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals; consider regulatory and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
