Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to grow the customer base, manage distribution, and collaborate across functions.

You will generate leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions to client challenges through face-to-face, phone, or email engagement. The role requires building strong relationships with influencers, expanding the account portfolio, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
