Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and engage large accounts. You will lead sales planning, analyze opportunities, and provide technical solutions across channels.

The role emphasizes building relationships, negotiating prices, and collaborating with production and supply chain to develop forecasts and grow Dow's market presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
