Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region.

You will develop relationships with key influencers, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive volume and value. Responsibilities include sales planning, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and pricing strategy negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
• U.S. work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify product development opportunities within the market.
• Build relationships across customer levels and functions.
• Execute sales/marketing plans to deliver volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intel to shape sales strategy and pricing.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
