Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our footprint among small business clients in Wichita and beyond. You will self-generate leads, conduct discovery calls, and present Paychex solutions to help owners succeed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT, or Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule daily meetings.
• Review client data using Paychex tools to prepare for discovery meetings and uncover needs.
• Create proposals from meeting insights, follow up, discuss solutions and pricing, and close.
• Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate as necessary to close sales.
• Present professionally and engage with clients and the community.
• Attend weekly 1:1 with manager to review performance and strategize.
• Collaborate in weekly team meetings to share best practices and hit quotas.
• Coordinate with HR Partners to plan hand-offs and HR assessments.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on HCM solutions, services, and processes.
• Ensure timely submission of sales paperwork and reports; sharpen skills to hit targets.
