Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional to expand relationships with existing clients and deliver integrated HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. This consultative, cross-functional role connects HR, payroll, and advisory services to help clients navigate complexity and maximize value.

You’ll lead conversations with business owners, collaborate across teams, and upsell within an established client base.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• Experience selling HR, payroll, benefits, or compliance solutions.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
