Job summary

Paychex is seeking a driven sales professional to expand our Human Resource Services client base by presenting retirement and FSA products to key decision makers. You will visit prospects and current referral sources, identify needs, and close new business while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration with sales leadership, travel as needed, and a commitment to Paychex values. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions and benefits in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 0–1 year of experience in relevant Paychex roles or completion of required training/certifications by senior sales management.
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Sell Paychex retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect via calls, mail, seminars, or local marketing programs to grow the client base.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and determine suitable products, referring to the right team when needed.
• Resolve client problems promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Submit accurate new business paperwork and enter notes into Salesforce.com for seamless service.
• Project a positive image and uphold Paychex’s reputation with clients and the community.
• May travel outside the territory for conferences, training, or regional/national meetings.
