Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative to grow the client base in the Human Resource Services domain. You will present retirement and FSA products, schedule client meetings, and secure referrals; analyze needs, close deals, and maintain a positive client relationship.

You will leverage Go-to-Market strategies, manage paperwork in Salesforce, and participate in ongoing training to advance to senior status. This role may require travel as needed.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments and visits to secure referrals from financial professionals.
• Prospects via phone, mail, seminars, and client visits to gain new clients.
• Analyzes prospects' needs and recommends Paychex solutions.
• Expedites resolution of client problems to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Completes new business paperwork and logs notes in Salesforce for seamless service.
• Projects a positive image and upholds Paychex's reputation.
