Paychex is hiring a sales professional to grow our client base in the Human Resource Services space. You will present retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers, schedule meetings, and pursue referrals to expand revenue.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required and training completion as part of program.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.
• Less than 1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and completion of required training programs.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect via phone, mail, seminars, client visits to grow new business and referrals.
• Analyze client needs and match Paychex products accordingly.
• Resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enter prospects, sales, and notes into Salesforce for seamless service.
