Job summary

Paychex is seeking a sales professional to grow the client base within the Human Resource Services organization by presenting retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision makers and end users. You will leverage the Go-to-Market strategy, build relationships, and drive revenue.

The role involves scheduling appointments, identifying client needs, and using Salesforce to track prospects and accounts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Less than 1 year Paychex experience and completion of required training.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments and visits with referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via phone, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs to gain new clients.
• Analyzes client needs and directs to appropriate Paychex solutions.
• Resolves client problems to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Completes paperwork and uses Salesforce for client notes and tracking.
• Maintains a positive company image with clients and community.
• May travel outside territory for conferences and training.
