Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand the client base for retirement plan and related services within the Human Resource Services organization. You will present Paychex solutions to final decision makers and end users, leveraging relationships to close new business.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong prospecting and consultative selling, and accurate administration in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year in Paychex experience and completion of required training/certification.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement and FSA products to decision makers to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect using phone, direct mail, seminars, and client visits to seek new clients.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and interests to determine appropriate products.
• Expedite resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Enter prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com for seamless selling and service.
• Project a positive image representing Paychex to clients and the community.
• May travel outside territory for conferences, training, or meetings.
