Job summary

Paychex is hiring for a sales role in the United States with a focus on growing the client base within the Human Resource Services space. You will present retirement plan and FSA solutions to key decision makers, build relationships with financial advisors, and pursue referrals to expand revenue and market share.

The role requires a high-energy sales mindset, ability to travel as needed, and experience in B2B selling.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and FSA products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential/current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect via phone, direct mail, seminars, and local marketing programs directed by Sales management.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and determine appropriate products.
• Expedite resolutions of client problems to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enter prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com for seamless selling and service.
• Represent the company positively to clients and the community.
• Travel outside territory for conferences or training as needed.
