Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow the client base within the Human Resource Services organization, promoting retirement plan and flexible spending products to key decision makers and end users.

The role involves scheduling meetings, prospecting through multiple channels, and leveraging Salesforce to manage prospects and client notes for seamless sales execution. Travel may be required to attend meetings and events.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents all retirement plan and flexible spending account products and services of Paychex to final decision makers and end users within the prospect universe for the purpose of closing new sales.
• Schedules appointments and visits potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
• Prospects using phone, direct mail, seminars, and other local marketing programs to seek new clients and referral sources.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and determines which products are appropriate and refers to appropriate party when necessary.
• Expedites resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
