Job summary

Paychex is seeking a seasoned sales professional to expand relationships with existing clients by offering HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. You’ll lead consultative conversations with business owners to uncover challenges and tailor Paychex solutions to their needs.

This role rewards a strong track record in B2B sales, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to upsell within an established client base. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions and a broad rewards program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex or solution-based sales experience.
• 3+ years in inside or outside B2B sales.
• Experience across Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT or Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and tailor solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
