Job summary

AT&T Connected Communities is hiring a Specialist Sales Executive for CC Prop Acq Renewals to drive revenue by renewing contracts with apartment owners and developers in the assigned territory. The role focuses on building relationships, evaluating opportunities, and coordinating with network and product teams.

You will present proposals, negotiate terms, and close renewals while supporting ongoing customer growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• 2+ years of related corporate sales experience.
• Prefer 4+ years of systems sales experience and corporate sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations.
• Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets. Secure contract renewals after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers. Coordinate with Network and Product teams on availability.
• Create and present proposals to customers, and negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal teams.
