Job summary

AT&T Connected Communities seeks a Specialist Sales Executive to drive revenue by renewing contracts with owners and developers in designated CA territories. The role focuses on opportunities within multifamily and single-family residential communities through direct site engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 2+ years of related corporate sales experience.
• Prefer 4+ years of systems sales experience and corporate sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations.
• Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets. Secure contract and marketing agreement renewals after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers.
• Create and present proposals to customers, and negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal teams.
