Zusammenfassung

Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support the Sales Team through the full sales cycle, delivering compelling product demonstrations and precise technical answers. You will maintain demo environments, apply a consultative approach to understand client pain points, and collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to ensure successful deals.

The role guides internal training on Tenna's platform, on-boarding of new Sales and Customer Success reps, and ongoing

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
• 5+ years providing technical SaaS support.
• Experience with construction technology is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical sales support across the sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
• Answer prospective customer questions and convey platform capabilities.
• Maintain and tailor software demonstration environments per specifications.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product.
• Lead internal product training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Onboard new Sales and Customer Success Reps onto the platform.
• Maintain Salesforce and HubSpot databases.
