Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Commercial Sales Enablement Specialist II to support commercial banking sales teams across the footprint. You will help with research, proposals, RFP responses, relationship reviews and sales tools, coordinating with relationship managers and subject matter experts.

The role emphasizes project management and data-driven content creation to drive results. Experience in B2B materials writing, team collaboration, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure is important.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of RFP development.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a team and meet strict deadlines.
• Project management and business writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic sales support across Commercial Banking segments.
• Coordinate and execute RFP responses with SMEs and relationship managers.
• Prepare strategic sales presentations for management to present to customers.
• Complete Relationship Reviews for Treasury Management relationship managers.
• Utilize customer data and market trends to add value and meet objectives.
• Participate in departmental meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
