The position works independently and with the Deal Team to manage onboarding of deposits and loans, ensuring a best-in-class client experience while adhering to bank policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial banking with a focus in deposits, loans, treasury management, customer service, banking operations.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other digital resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial customers and Relationship Managers.
• Mitigate issues and questions escalated to management; keep the Deal Team informed of material changes and risk.
• Manage onboarding of deposits and loans; oversee end-to-end processes and complex features.
• Represent Huntington’s Commercial brand with professional, discreet communication and forward-thinking solutions.
• Attend customer meetings independently or with the Deal Team; stay informed of strategies and priorities.
