Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Commercial Relationship Service Specialist II to serve as the primary contact for a diverse Commercial portfolio in Houston. You will work independently and with Deal Team to ensure a best-in-class experience, handling onboarding, deposits, loans, and complex transactions while promoting growth through additional services.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial banking, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk-aware,

Qualifications

3+ years in commercial banking with a focus in deposits, loans, treasury management, or customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other digital resources.
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for assigned Commercial customers and Relationship Managers.
Mitigate issues/escalations and keep the Deal Team apprised of changes and risk.
Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems to retain relationships.
Manage onboarding, commercial deposit and loan accounts, and complex features.
Present Huntington products to grow relationships and opportunities.
