Huntington National Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Service Specialist II to serve as the primary contact for assigned Commercial customers and collaborate with Relationship Managers. You will support onboarding, retention, and deepening sales while ensuring a best-in-class experience for a diverse Commercial portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial banking with a focus in deposits, loans, treasury management, or customer service.
• High school or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• First-line decision maker to mitigate issues and keep Deal Team informed.
• Manage complex, large customers and offer products to grow relationships.
• Oversee onboarding, deposit and loan accounts end-to-end.
• Represent Huntington's Commercial brand with professional communications.
• Attend customer meetings and participate in deal team meetings.
