WCG is seeking a Commercial Enablement, Senior Manager to drive revenue motion by equipping the sales team with training, tools, and processes for field readiness and high performance.

The role partners with Product Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to align on market opportunities and differentiated buyer experiences, enabling stronger win rates and consistent messaging across deals.

Formación

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Product Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Go-To-Market and Product Marketing in life sciences B2B environments.
• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed org.
• Excellent communication, change management, analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience using revenue enablement tools such as HighSpot, Dock, Gong, Jiminny, Avoma.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the enablement roadmap and GTM plans.
• Identify execution gaps and prioritize initiatives with commercial leaders.
• Ensure enablement programs reflect approved positioning and processes.
• Design and deliver role-relevant programs and onboarding curriculums.
• Create learning resources, playbooks, and process guidelines.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content and workflows; support leadership coaching.
• Provide field readiness and adoption coaching and measure performance.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on GTM readiness and product launches.
