Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement to lead the revenue motion by equipping sales with training, tools, and processes for field readiness and adoption. The role partners with Product Marketing and Commercial leadership to align messaging and capabilities across the GTM stack.

You will drive enablement strategy, design scalable programs, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows, coaching, and performance across a remote US team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or related roles.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Go-to-Market, and Product Marketing teams in life sciences B2B.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed org.
• Excellent communication, change management, analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience using revenue enablement tools such as HighSpot, Dock, Gong, Jiminny, Avoma.

Responsibilities

• Enablement Strategy & Execution: develop and manage enablement roadmap and GTM plans.
• Training, Tools, Onboarding & Seller Efficiency: design programs, onboardings, playbooks.
• Field Readiness & Adoption: monitor usage and drive adoption, provide insights.
• Go-to-Market & Product Marketing Collaboration: align field programs with launches.
• Growth & Performance: measure impact and drive improvements in bookings.
