Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement to drive the revenue motion by equipping sales with training, tools, processes and support to execute consistently. This role operationalizes the go-to-market plan to achieve field readiness and performance.

This position works with Product Marketing and commercial leadership to better understand markets, align messaging, differentiate in deals, and deliver a consistent buyer experience across WCG offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, life sciences, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Product Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Go-to-Market, and Product Marketing teams in life sciences B2B environments.
• Excellent communication, change management, analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Prior experience using revenue enablement tools such as HighSpot, Dock, Gong, Jiminny, Avoma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the enablement roadmap and GTM plans to drive execution and performance.
• Partner with commercial and GTM leaders to identify gaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Ensure enablement programs reflect approved positioning, processes, roles, and priorities.
• Design and deliver role-relevant programs, workshops, and assessments.
• Develop learning resources, sales playbooks, and process guidelines.
• Leverage enablement and AI tools to enhance content and workflows.
• Equip leadership with coaching guidance and performance insights.
• Monitor usage and measure enablement effectiveness across the field.
• Drive field communication and adoption of updates and best practices.
