WCG seeks a Senior Enablement professional to drive the revenue motion by equipping sales with training, tools, and processes. You will operationalize the go-to-market plan to ensure field readiness, adoption, and performance.

Collaborating with Product Marketing and commercial leadership, you will align messaging, support high-value opportunities, and enable better buyer experiences across the organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Product Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Go-to-Market, and Product Marketing teams in life sciences B2B environments, preferably with clinical research experience.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and deliver programs in matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, change management, analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Prior experience using revenue enablement tools, such as HighSpot, Dock, Gong, Jiminny, Avoma.

• Enablement Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage enablement roadmap and GTM plans.
• Training, Tools, Onboarding & Seller Efficiency: Design role-relevant programs and onboarding curriculums.
• Field Readiness & Adoption: Enable field teams with value narratives and best practices.
• GTM & Product Marketing Collaboration: Partner on launch readiness and messaging alignment.
• Growth & Performance: Measure enablement impact and drive improvements.
