Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Sales Director for the Agentforce Operations team in New York. You will lead eight quota-carrying Account Executives, shaping strategy, coaching high-stakes deals, and driving revenue growth across key industries.

Collaborate with solution engineering, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success to provide teams with what they need to win. You’ll engage with C-suite at strategic accounts to accelerate value-based, AI-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, with at least 2 years managing Account Executives.
• Deep industry expertise in at least one covered vertical: Automotive, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, Technology, or Consumer Goods.
• Proven track record leading sellers through complex, long-cycle enterprise deals with value-based and solution selling.
• Experience evaluated against Salesforce Values & Behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of eight Account Executives across multiple industries, coaching through complex AI transformation deals.
• Define and execute a vertical sales strategy for Agentforce Operations, expanding across existing Salesforce customers and new logos.
• Partner with C-suite, Operations, IT, and Customer Experience at strategic accounts to accelerate high-value deals and remove blockers.
• Foster a high-performance culture by collaborating with solution engineering, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success.
