Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, preferably in SaaS or AI/Automation.
• Deep industry expertise in one of Automobile, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Goods, or Technology.
• Excellent presentation skills for a C‑suite audience.
• Experience selling with AEs across Salesforce ecosystem to drive new logos and expand footprint.
• Proven ability to demonstrate AI/automation ROI to multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate pipeline, and attain revenue for Agentforce Operations products.
• Navigate medium-to-long sales cycles for strategic AI transformation deals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployment for early adopters and expansion customers.
• Develop internal and customer relationships to enable AI adoption opportunities.
• Communicate value of Agentforce Operations to business leaders and close high‑value deals.
• Collaborate with engineers, marketing, and customer success to deliver a seamless client experience.
