Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Senior Strategic Sales Director for Agentforce Operations to drive adoption across targeted verticals. You will lead strategic deals, articulate ROI, and guide customers to scalable AI-enabled operations.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, solution engineers, and marketing to close high-value enterprise deals and expand Salesforce footprints within the client base.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience.
• Experience selling with Account Executives across Salesforce ecosystem to generate new logos and expand footprint.
• Proven experience in solution selling, value-based selling, and demonstrating AI/automation ROI to multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, autonomous agent architectures, and data orchestration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate value of Agentforce Operations to customers and guide them to right solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns targeting operational transformation and AI automation.
