Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Sales Director for Agentforce Operations to lead and scale a high-performing team of eight quota-carrying Account Executives across key verticals, shaping strategy and coaching on high-stakes AI transformation deals.

You will partner with solution engineering, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success to remove blockers, drive pipeline, and achieve revenue growth, while engaging C-suite stakeholders at strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience.
• 2+ years directly managing and developing a team of Account Executives.
• Deep industry expertise in at least one covered vertical: Automotive, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, Technology, or Consumer Goods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of eight Account Executives across multiple industries, coaching through complex AI transformation deals and pipeline targets.
• Define and execute a vertical sales strategy for the Agentforce Operations product suite.
• Engage with C-suite, Operations, IT, and Customer Experience stakeholders to accelerate high-value deals and articulate ROI of AI solutions.
• Build a high-performance culture by partnering cross-functionally with solution engineering, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success.
