Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits in Phoenix seeks a Sales Consultant to visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and grow revenue. You will build lasting relationships and develop business growth plans for each account, driving incremental sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, using CRM for notes and plans, traveling as needed, and participating in sales meetings and supplier events to meet objectives and contribute to SGWS’s success.

• Must be able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques in a professional manner.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

• Visit customers and conduct consultative sales conversations.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs.
• Develop a customer growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and win the sale using consultative skills.
• Document account information in CRM and participate in meetings and supplier events.
