Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit customers, conduct consultative discussions, and grow sales in the Phoenix area. You’ll build relationships, identify growth opportunities, and document activities in CRM to support revenue goals.

Ideal candidates will analyze data, leverage SGWS systems, and deliver compelling product proposals while maintaining strong customer service and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs.
• Develop a customer growth plan per account and build a selling pipeline.
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities.
• Visit accounts regularly and document CRM notes.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them well.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative selling.
• Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives.
• Resolve customer issues and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Adapt selling approach to customer buying styles.
• Stay aware of competitors and SGWS positioning.
• Document account and customer information in CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings and on-site trainings.
