Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs and plan growth opportunities.
• Develop a customer growth plan and build a selling pipeline to drive incremental sales.
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities in CRM.
• Visit accounts regularly, document visit plans and outcomes in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them in accounts.
• Propose selling solutions and win sales using consultative selling.
• Meet internal objectives and supplier expectations as prioritized.
• Resolve customer issues and identify opportunities to support growth.
