Job summary

Leadout Capital's TMT Sales Strategy & Operations team is seeking an analyst who will own the output and translate data into strategic narratives driving forecasts and go-to-market execution.

You'll partner with SVP-level sales leadership, build forecast models, create executive updates, and develop scalable reporting tools that shape quarterly decisions and AI-driven sales insights across the org.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in an analytical role or strategy/ops
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL and Tableau regular use
• Strong written updates and executive-level storytelling
• Experience presenting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Own KPI pulse for a $1B+ business and surface insights
• Build forecast models informing quarterly narratives
• Prepare review decks with cross-functional input
• Develop scalable tools and assets for the org
