Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an analyst to partner with the TMT Sales Strategy & Operations team. You will translate complex data into strategic narratives, forecast quarterly results, and support go-to-market execution.

The role requires owning outputs, presenting to leaders, and shaping sales strategy in a high-visibility environment. You’ll work directly with senior sales leadership, building forecast models and executive-ready stories while partnering across Finance, GTM, Programs, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a highly analytical role, strategy consulting, finance, or business operations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly KPI pulse for a $1B+ business, surfacing pipeline health and trends.
• Build and maintain forecast models and inform quarterly narratives.
• Prepare executive reviews with cross-functional inputs and turn data into a story.
• Identify playbooks and signals to scale AI deal insights across the org.
• Create tools and reporting assets used by the sales organization.
