Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations to provide analytical support to sales and commercial teams. You will develop advanced tools and reporting to enable force effectiveness and help achieve EBITDA goals, partnering with leadership to translate initiatives into actionable analytics.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, business or related area with 5+ years combined experience in business/sales/financial analytics and forecasting.
• Experience with data visualization in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills essential.
• MBA degree or additional work experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand franchise goals and lead development of opportunity reporting for growth.
• Track and measure key initiatives and provide insights and recommendations to drive sales.
• Lead analytical reporting across Commercial Excellence, Field Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Channel Management teams.
• Develop analyses and reporting to support business leaders and sales with internal and external data.
• Lead industry benchmark development to assess opportunity and market penetration across accounts. Analyze customer, region and market performance.
• Support territory optimization and customer targeting through data-driven insights.
• Develop customer insights from marketing programs and integrate external market data.
• Provide support to Consumer Excellence with reporting on KPIs and direct-to-consumer programs.
• Perform ad hoc analysis as requested
