Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations to provide analytical support to sales and commercial teams. You will analyze industry and internal data, identify opportunities, and build advanced tools and reporting to enable sales force effectiveness.

Work with leadership to translate initiatives into actionable analytics, develop recommendations, and implement tools driving sales growth and EBITDA impact. Strong BI and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in finance/statistics/mathematics/business with 5+ years combined analytics/forecasting experience.
• Experience with data visualization in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• MBA degree or additional work experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and sales teams to identify franchise goals and develop opportunity reporting and advanced analytic tools.
• Track strategic initiatives, identify insights, and recommend actions to drive sales.
• Lead cross-functional analytics with Commercial Excellence, Field Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing and Channel Management.
• Develop analyses and reporting using internal and external data to monitor performance and market trends.
• Benchmark industry performance and support territory optimization and market penetration analyses.
• Develop customer insights from marketing programs and integrate external market data.
• Support Consumer Excellence with KPI tracking and direct-to-consumer program insights.
• Perform adhoc analyses as required.
