Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations to deliver analytical support across the sales organization. You will build advanced tools and dashboards, partner with executives on strategy, and drive opportunities with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities include leading reporting efforts, benchmarking, territory optimization, and insights from marketing programs to enable sales force effectiveness and EBITDA-driven growth.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, business or related area with 5+ years combined experience in business/sales/financial analytics and forecasting.
• Experience with data visualization in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills essential combined with demonstrated teamwork.
• MBA degree or additional work experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and sales teams to understand franchise goals and lead opportunity reporting for growth.
• Track and measure key strategic initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead analytics and reporting to support franchise leaders, sales teams and market analysis.
• Develop analyses using internal and external data, including industry benchmarks and territory insights.
• Support customer targeting, segmentation and territory optimization.
• Create insights from marketing programs and consumer data to inform growth.
• Provide adhoc analyses as requested.
