Job summary

Convatec seeks a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations to drive analytical support for sales and commercial teams. You will analyze industry and internal data, identify growth opportunities, and build advanced tools and reporting to enhance sales force effectiveness.

You will partner with leadership to implement analytic tools and drive initiatives aligned with EBITDA goals, leveraging Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and SQL to deliver insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, business or related area with 5+ years combined experience in business/sales/financial analytics and forecasting.
• Experience with data visualization in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and sales to understand franchise goals and develop opportunity reporting for growth.
• Track and measure key initiatives, identify insights and recommend actions to drive sales.
• Lead development of analyses and reporting to support franchise leaders and sales teams.
• Develop analyses and reporting using internal and external data to identify market trends.
• Lead industry benchmarks to assess opportunity and penetration across markets and accounts.
• Support territory optimization and customer targeting insights for the business unit.
• Provide consumer insights from marketing programs using standard data protocols.
• Support Consumer Excellence with reporting on KPIs and direct-to-consumer programs.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as requested.
