• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Support data analytics activities to develop actionable insights on pipeline, usage, and revenue data.
• Develop new ways to define and measure programs effectiveness and organizational productivity.
• Define the key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives.
• Develop relationships and processes with sales, support, partner, finance, HR, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting requirements and develop new business insights.
• Identify data issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
• Support ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed.
• Be an expert in AI & analytics tools required to support the team.
