Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Sales Analytics and Insights lead to partner with the Global Sales & Sales Strategy teams. This hands-on role focuses on understanding customer trends, surfaces insights on sales productivity, and develops metrics to measure program success at cloud scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, QuickSight.

Responsibilities

• Support data analytics activities to develop actionable insights on pipeline, usage, and revenue data
• Develop new ways to define and measure programs effectiveness and organizational productivity
• Define the key sales support systems/processes required to meet rapid growth and revenue objectives
• Develop relationships with sales, finance, HR, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify reporting requirements
• Identify data issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
• Support ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
• Be an expert in AI & analytics tools required to support the team
