Job summary

Chainguard, the trusted source for open source, seeks a Corporate Account Executive to cover the Central region in a remote capacity across the United States. You will build relationships with key decision makers to evangelize secure and reliable software, and you will close strategic deals.

You will define sales plans, convey our value proposition, forecast and exceed quota, and manage a funnel from inbound and outbound leads while collaborating with product, support, and sales engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing experience in the SaaS/Security/DevOps industry required.
• Location in Central region of the United States.
• Top 10-20% of the company performance track record.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory.
• Convey value prop and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
• Forecast, meet, and exceed quota.
• Develop and manage leads funnel from inbound and outbound sources.
• Collaborate with product, support, and sales engineering teams.
