Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to connect client objectives with Storable’s SaaS products. You will drive value realization, adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction across key accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

The role requires travel to client sites and company locations. You will onboard clients, configure accounts, and strategize to ensure ongoing alignment with business goals, while leveraging CRM tools to track progress.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles in storage or SaaS.
• Ability to travel to client sites and company locations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and strong documentation/follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with high accuracy with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align with business goals and drive value realization.
• Track client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
• Communicate client health and escalate at-risk accounts as needed.
• Lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders including senior management.
