Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to connect Client objectives with Storable’s product capabilities and drive long-term value, retention, and satisfaction across key accounts.

You will collaborate with Implementation to onboard clients, configure accounts, and tailor strategies that align with business goals. The role emphasizes executive visibility, data-driven insights, and cross-functional partnership to translate client needs into actionable product improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Workplace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable leading large group presentations and product demonstrations.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions, and communicate those to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong Client empathy with a focus on client success and relationship building.
• Proven ability to partner with clients to understand current and future business challenges, translating them into actionable people, product, and process strategies.
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and the ability to lead operational improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation, follow-up, and expectation management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Storable’s key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and Client satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy as needed in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Secure executive visibility into Storable’s business results and strategic initiatives.
• Identify patterns in Client usage to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Storable’s product and engineering teams to translate Client feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Share strategic insights and operational best practices across the Client Success organization and the broader Storable team.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress.
• Facilitate and participate in Client business review meetings to ensure alignment and success.
• Communicate overall Client health and escalates at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to peers and internal stakeholders to foster an open, collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication, scheduling, and execution of initiatives.
