Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to align client objectives with Storable’s product capabilities. You will drive value realization, manage key client relationships, and enable adoption and renewals across the SaaS platform.

You will consult on onboarding, configure accounts with precision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client outcomes. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success or account management within storage or SaaS.
• Strong client empathy and relationship-building.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Storable's key clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall client health and escalate at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in virtual or in-person training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
